Collection of judicial rulings issued by the Ministry of Justice for the year 1435, Volume No. 10

The public prosecutor filed a case against the defendant, seeking to convict him of intentionally and aggressively killing the victim by running him over after verbally insulting and striking him on the face. The prosecutor requested consideration of both the public and private rights. The heirs of the victim appeared and confirmed the prosecutor’s claims, demanding retribution (Qisas) from the defendant. When the public and private claims were presented to the defendant, he admitted to running over the victim with his car but denied any intent to kill.
