Collection of judicial rulings issued by the Ministry of Justice for the year 1435, Volume No. 13

The public prosecutor filed a case against the defendant, requesting that he be convicted for participating in gatherings and marches that incited and stirred public opinion and sectarian sentiments, during which hostile and provocative chants against the country were heard. The prosecutor sought a discretionary punishment. When the case was presented to the defendant, he denied the charges and argued that his participation was limited to attending funeral processions.
