The public prosecutor filed a case against the defendant, requesting that he be convicted for participating in gatherings and marches that incited and stirred public opinion and sectarian sentiments, during which hostile and provocative chants against the country were heard. The prosecutor sought a discretionary punishment. When the case was presented to the defendant, he denied the charges and argued that his participation was limited to attending funeral processions.

The public prosecutor filed a case against the defendant, seeking to convict him for possessing prohibited amphetamine pills with the intent to promote and use them, consuming the pills, and concealing their source. The prosecutor requested that he be sentenced to imprisonment, flogging, a fine, and a travel ban. When the case was presented to the defendant, he admitted to using and possessing the pills for personal use only and acknowledged concealing their source.

The public prosecutor filed a case against the defendant, seeking to convict him of homosexuality and attempting to allow another person to commit an indecent act with him, and requested a discretionary punishment. When the case was presented to the defendant, he confessed to the charges. Accordingly, the judge found him guilty of homosexuality and attempting to enable another person to commit the act, and sentenced him to six months in prison.
